For the past decade Shalini Passi has acquired an eclectic international collection of contemporary paintings, sculptures installations, furniture and "Objets d'Art” (including Damian Hirst and Jeff Koons etc.), also Old Masters and rare antiques which she has found during her extensive travels across the globe at auctions and art fairs.
Passi has a strong affiliation with some of the most prestigious Indian Artists including Bharti Kher, Subodh Gupta, Jitish Kalat, M.F. Hussain etc. She also supports the FICA (Foundation for Indian Contemporary Art) Emerging Artist Award (EAA)
An accomplished painter in her own right: Passi's exhibition entitled The Warp and Weft of Perception received worthy praise and recognition for her inventive use of colour and texture.
